Gary started working with plastics in 1990 and has a wealth of practical knowledge. He founded 21st Century alongside Tom in 2000 and has now overall responsibility for customer care, advertising and new products.

Tom has worked within the industry since 1988. Alongside Gary he founded 21st Century in 2000 and is now involved with planning, surveying and ordering for the company.

David has worked locally with double glazing and conservatories since 1986 joining 21st Century in 2005. He brought with him a wealth of experience and is now general works manager with responsibilities for the fitting diaries and ordering.

James has been designing conservatories since leaving college in 2001, coming to work for 21st Century in 2003. He takes care of all the designing and estimating, and works closely with Ian in the sales side of the business.

Ian has been in the building industry since 1986 and was with 21st Century from the very start. He has great knowledge of the practical and management side of the business. Ian is the sales manager and does a large part of the surveying.

Susan has been at 21st Century from the very beginning. She takes care of all the accounts, book keeping and invoicing.
